Earnest Christ-followers eventually arrive at a turning point in the faith journey, a crossroads where a holy invitation is received. This point is often characterized by a subtle dissatisfaction and an intuitive knowledge that there is a deeper experience of life in Christ than has been thus far known. This is the work of the Spirit, granting believers a holy hunger for more – more intimate faith and more intimate experience of the presence of the Living God.
We all must come to this crossroads where we choose the easy path and remain a ‘nice Christian’ or choose to pursue the deeper things of God in Christ. It is not an easy path for it requires that we embrace the cross and follow Jesus. But it is the path that leads to abundant life here and now and life eternal in the world to come. The holy invitation from God is to come deeper in and receive all that he has for us. Nancy is wholly committed to being a companion to others on this difficult and exciting journey.
